The Company ASSCON Systemtechnik-Elektronik GmbH was founded in 1995 as a development and manufacturing association for progressive and innovative Vapour Phase Reflow Soldering Systems. Since then ASSCON pursues their company policy
“Innovations for your Lead”
The Company is privately owned.Today there are hundreds of ASSCON Vapor Phase Soldering Systems installed world wide. This customer base includes some of the most renowned enterprises in the world. The innovative company has met the challenge of the change over of all electronic products to lead-free technology, as imposed by the legal regulations WEEE and ROHS applicable from 01. July 2006. All ASSCON systems are suitable for the higher temperatures required in lead-free soldering.
Series Manufacture

Large Production

VP310
Vapor-phase Soldering Machine for laboratory and single piece production.
The machine is impressive due its simplicity, ease of use and through providing the ability to solder high quality assemblies defectfree. Due to the small dimensions of the machine and its independence of fixed supply systems, the unit may be used at different workplaces without restrictions.
VP510
Vapor-phase Soldering Machine for laboratory and single piece production.
The machine is impressive due its simplicity, ease of use and through providing the ability to solder high quality assemblies defectfree. The automatic measuring cycle recognizes the medium used. A closed cooling system is integrated in the base of the machine.
VP800
Vapor-Phase Soldering System for Series Production, Prototyping and Close-to-Production process qualifications.
The ASSCON VP800 system has been developed especially for serial production and prototyping. Thanks to its multi-chamber design, the system can also be used for implementing close-to-production process qualifications. As the processing zone, it is possible to apply the soldering process in the VP800 system to the standard achieved by current production lines in a compact environment. Here the system especially stands out of its simple handling, enabling each user to solder high-quality modules fault-free.
