kolb AF30P is a fully automatic compact one-chamber basket or drum system for parts cleaning / – degreasing with AirFlow® tubulance air-in-immersion and ultrasonic technology and ClosedLoop water reprocessing. With a small footprint, low acquisition and process costs and efficient use of resources such as water, energy and chemicals the AF30P removes all common processing residues from industrial production parts. The system cleans /disinfects bulk, turning and milling as well as medical parts, filters, and larger / complex components from dust, fats, oils, waxes, chippings, pastes or flux residues.

In the fully automatic AF30P the products are cleaned, rinsed and dried in one single process chamber / washing drum / rotation baskets unit which is empty during the loading (no contact to the detergent). After placing the goods to be cleaned into the chamber it is pressure flooded with fine filtered cleaning fluid from a separate tank (tank A) through a PLC-controlled process. After the goods are cleaned the likewise filtered rinsing media, e.g. water, is pumped into the process chamber from a second tank. After the rinsing the rinse media is pumped out and the drying with a triple CTS HotSpeed warm air unit starts.
